All notes are arranged on a string which means you tend to forget what you wrote a few years ago unless you're a tag freak. Onenote solved that for me: I can haz my notes in the blink of an eye. I'm glad I could find a replacement for this drag of an app. BYE BYE EVERNOTE. Jun 29, 2020 Download Evernote for Mac to remember everything: easily store info in any environment. Evernote has had 1 update within the past 6 months. Oct 19, 2020 I used to love Evernote. Now I loathe it. The Mac app has all kinds of weird bugs that irritate the heck out of me, and the WebClipper is often dog-slow. It's not pleasant to use at all. Besides that, this type of apps often keeps your data in a roach motel, and Evernote is not an exception here. Get organized and productive with the leading note-taking app. Download Evernote for Windows, Mac, iOS, or Android and create your free account.
With the launch of the MacApp store, the number of users of the Mac version of Evernote more than doubled. According to Evernote’s numbers they garnerd more than 40,000 new users for their service as a result of being listed in the store.
As you can see above, on the date of the Mac App Store launch, the number of users spiked. What is interesting about this, as Sumocat said on Gottabemobile, this application is availably freely on the web. All one needs to do is go to the Evernote download page, get the download and load it up on a computer. But being in the app store clearly made a big difference for Evernote and with over a million downloads of various apps on the first day alone, we can assume it will also make a difference for others as well. With the app store coming as part of all new Macs sold and being downloaded by all previous owners who want to update to the latest version of OS X, the app store will be staring all Mac users in the face from the icon on the Dock after they log into their machines. It will take some time to be sure, but early returns show the store to be a success.

Part 3: Troubleshooting: OneNote Importer Not working
1. OneNote doesn’t recognize the notebook I’m trying to import
Download Evernote App
If OneNote rejects a notebook file that you’re trying to import, it’s likely that you’re trying to upload the original Zip file that was created when you previously downloaded the notebook. To solve this issue, double-click to open the original Zip file, and then extract (copy) the notebook folder from the Zip file to any location on your hard drive (for example, the desktop). When the notebook folder has been successfully saved outside of its Zip file, you can import the folder into OneNote.
2. I got an error message saying I don’t have enough space to import my notebook to OneDrive
Evernote Mac App
If your OneDrive account is low on available space, manually delete any unnecessary files from your OneDrive storage (including any failed notebook uploads) and then try importing the notebook folder again.
3. My notebook download doesn’t seem to finish
Apps For Evernote
Over time, notebooks can significantly increase in size, especially if you use OneNote to collect embedded documents, image scans, PDFs, or video and audio clips as part of your notes. Before attempting to download large notebooks, make sure you have several gigabytes (GB) of available space on your computer’s hard drive. If a download is interrupted because you ran out of storage, you’ll need to restart the download again after you’ve recovered enough hard drive space.
